Muskapedia is trying to document everything about Elon Musk, and I mean Everything!

Elon Musk Fans have kicked off another new initiative dedicated just to him. Previously we have seen Youtube Channels featuring every Elon Musk video he has appeared in, Teslarati, Subreddits dedicated to Elon Musk, and of course facebook, twitter accounts and dozens of Quora questions dedicated to the man.

Just recently fans have started to organize a Wiki site just focused on Elon Musk. Muskapedia is dedicated to documenting everything about the man known as Iron Man, including all the subtle details about his life, passions and companies. They have also begun categorizing all the books he has read, predictions he makes about future events or releases, and his companies.

It’s interesting to see more information documented about the SpaceX and Tesla CEO to share the information in a documented and organized way. Be sure to check out their progress and contribute what you have learned about Elon over at Muskapedia!

What is Elon Musk Thinking: LA Traffic is hurting Tesla Milage Calculations

Elon Musk hates traffic. Who doesn't? For a guy who's time is worth so much, he can't waste his time in gridlock. As the CEO of Tesla Motors in Palo Alto and SpaceX in Hawthorne. This causes enough travel during the week between LA and SF. Even in Los Angeles, Elon travels plenty of miles on the 405! This is probably why he gave a 'small' $50,000 donation to Angelenos Against Gridlock. Assuming he is not driving his one gasoline powered vehicle, he would likely be in the carpool lane, and he is still complaining about gridlock.

While he complains of not being able to put his kids to bed, the real issue comes down to Electric vehicle range. For electric cars, mileage will vary, and in traffic millage will deplenish significantly in traffic. Even the LED headlights will drain a charged battery in a Model S!

Maybe the solution is not to continue widen the highways, but considering both long term and short term alternatives. And Finally, is money what we need to solve gridlock, maybe it's just a mindset, or Ridesharing mentality to solve this problem?

The Perfect Man for The Job: Armageddon

There is quite a bit of talk of Elon Musk being compared to the real life Iron Man. While I cannot disagree with the comparison, I think it's sureal to see such a hollywood character take shape. Recently their was a article in the news about an asteroid flyby in a very near path to planet earth. This asteroid was discovered in 1998 and the distance from earth is still 3.6 million miles, so we are safe. However, had this been on target to be a bit closer and headed for the third rock from the sun, I can only think of one man that would be called to the job to save the planet (Not Armageddon style).

The Founder and CEO of Space X would more than likely be called to the job, or volunteer. His expertise in creating rockets that successfully doc at the international space station and performing grasshopper experiments could, in my opinion, not qualify him more as a excellent candidate to help destroy a rock bound to collide with Earth.
